Building operations were run through radios, WhatsApp groups, and paper checklists. Tenant complaints were hard to trace, patrol and cleaning rounds could not be verified, and maintenance history for assets did not exist.

Seautomate built BuildingVision as a web console for building management with mobile apps for field staff and tenants. Checkpoints for patrols and housekeeping use QR scanning, work orders route to the right team, and tenants submit and track requests from their phone.

Deployed as a multi-building cloud platform, onboarded building by building with staff training on the mobile app, and integrated with existing access-control hardware where available.
Building operations moved from untraceable chat messages to logged, assignable work with completion evidence; management can now report on response times and recurring issues per building.
