Manufacturing Software Solutions
Manufacturing software that gives you live visibility of production, machine performance, quality and materials - captured at the point of work, not reported at the end of the shift.

Challenges
Problems We Solve
In many factories, production data still moves on paper job cards, whiteboards and spreadsheets. By the time management sees the numbers, the shift is over and the cause has been forgotten. Manufacturing software closes that gap: operators record work as it happens, machines report their own status, and supervisors can act while it still matters.
- Output, downtime and scrap only become known at the end of the shift or the month.
- Quality problems are found only after the batch is finished.
- Planning cannot see real capacity or work-in-progress.
- Material on the shop floor does not match the data in the system.
What's Included
- 01
Production management
Production orders, scheduling and work order execution at operator terminals.

Material & WIP tracking
Raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods linked to production.
- 06
Manufacturing analytics
Dashboards and reports that turn shop-floor data into improvement decisions.

Our Approach
How We Deliver It
Building digital systems that help businesses manage complex processes, operations, assets, data and resources.
- Going to the shop floor first: the process, the machines and how operators actually work.
- Piloting on one line, validating with operators, then rolling out line by line.
- Connecting machines through an edge gateway where signals are available.
- Integrating with ERP for orders and master data instead of duplicating them.
Technology
The stack is chosen for the product, its scale and how it is deployed - not the other way round.
- React
- PWA
- Go
- REST API
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Edge gateway
- IoT
- On-Premise

FAQ
What people often ask about this service.
Is Seautomate a manufacturing software company?
We are a software house; manufacturing is one of the areas we work in. FactoryVision is our proof in this field, and we apply the same engineering expertise to warehouses, buildings and other operations.
Do our machines need to be connected?
Not to get started. Operators can record output and downtime at terminals; machine signals can be connected later through an edge gateway if the equipment allows it.
Can the system run on-premise inside the factory?
Yes. Manufacturing systems are usually installed on-premise or at the edge so production keeps running even if the internet connection drops.
