Do we need special hardware?
Not always. Many warehouses start with Android phones and printed barcode or QR labels, then add rugged handhelds or RFID when the volume justifies it.
Can the WMS connect to our ERP and marketplaces?
Yes. Orders and item master data come in from the ERP or order sources via API, and stock and fulfillment status are sent back automatically.
How do we switch over without disrupting operations?
In phases, starting with receiving and stock. Once inventory in the system is accurate, picking and dispatch move to the WMS.
