System Integration
ERP Integration
ERP integration that keeps the ERP as your main source of data, while warehouse, production, commerce and custom applications work around it in real time.

Challenges
Problems We Solve
The ERP holds the financial data everyone relies on, but the work happens elsewhere: on the shop floor, in the warehouse, in the online store, in custom applications. Without integration, people retype orders, stock and confirmations between systems - late and error-prone. ERP integration moves that data automatically in both directions.
- Orders, goods receipts and production results are retyped into the ERP.
- Stock in the ERP lags hours or days behind reality.
- New applications cannot go live until they are connected to the ERP.
- Month-end close waits on manual reconciliation between systems.
What's Included
- 01
ERP ↔ Applications
Custom applications that read master data and post transactions to the ERP.
- 02
ERP ↔ WMS
Purchase orders and sales orders sent out; receipts, shipments and stock sent back.
- 03
ERP ↔ E-Commerce
Products, prices and stock sent out; orders and payments coming in.
- 04
ERP ↔ Manufacturing systems
Production orders sent out; confirmations and material consumption sent back.
- 05
Master data sync
Items, customers, suppliers and locations kept consistent.
- 06
Reconciliation
Checks and reports that show where data between systems does not match.

Our Approach
How We Deliver It
Connecting applications, platforms, data, devices and business processes into one unified digital ecosystem.
- Deciding which system owns each type of data.
- Using the interfaces the ERP supports - APIs, database views or files.
- Running integrations through a monitored layer, complete with logs and retries.
- Testing with real transactions in parallel before switching over fully.
Technology
The stack is chosen for the product, its scale and how it is deployed - not the other way round.
- REST API
- Webhooks
- ETL
- Go
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL

FAQ
What people often ask about this service.
Which ERPs can you integrate?
Any ERP that offers an API, database access or file exchange. We confirm the available interfaces and their limits during discovery before settling on a design.
Does integration require changes to the ERP?
Usually not. We prefer the ERP's standard interfaces; any configuration on the ERP side is agreed with your ERP owner or partner.
Real-time or scheduled?
Either, depending on the data flow. Stock and orders often need near-real-time updates; master data and financial postings can run on a schedule.
