It depends on the device. We assess the available interfaces - PLC signals, serial, vendor APIs or network protocols - during discovery and confirm what can be read before committing.
Do we have to replace our existing devices?
Rarely. Most integration work connects equipment you already have; new sensors or gateways are added only when a signal cannot be obtained any other way.
How do scanners connect to the system?
Through a mobile or web app that captures the scan and confirms the transaction immediately - the approach used for QR checkpoints and scan-to-confirm workflows in our products.
